Melon and pomaceous fruit on the nose, yeasty and vegetal notes, tart spicy notes. Clear, elegant, juicy, again tart and spicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, good persistence, elegant acidity, very harmonious and polishedm light mineral notes in the background, good finish.
