Pomaceous fruit, citrus and melon on the nose, green and spicy vegetal notes, delicate yeasty touch. Ripe, elegant, spicy fruit on the palate, touch of candied nuts, more light yeasty notes, elegant, lively acidity, light mineral notes in the background, polished, acid bite, still quite young, good persistence, elegant and creamy, medium body, very harmonious, good to very good finish. Excellent and versatile partner with food.
