Quite firm, cool, a hint of smoky aroma with fine, light yellow fruity and vegetal notes. Ripe, juicy, cool fruit, lively, very fine acidity, vegetal notes, delicate nutty and dark spicy tones, light grip, persistent on the palate, some depth, mineral notes in the background, moderate melting, very good, finely juicy and spicy finish.
