2022 Wagram DAC Ried Berg Eisenhut Roter Veltliner trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Cool and quite fine, somewhat herbal nose with light yellow fruity and almondy-nutty tones, floral traces, hints of smoke and a certain minerality in the background. Finely juicy, delicately melting fruit, nutty and hints of buttery aromas, delicate red berry flavours on the palate, very fine acidity, good persistence, tart minerality, tobacco nuances, very good finish, finely polished and yet relatively firm.
