2021 Wagram DAC Ried Berg Eisenhut Roter Veltliner trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Restrained, delicately nutty and finely vegetal aroma with pome fruit notes and moderate barrel tones in the background. Ripe, juicy and melting, very slightly warm fruit, nutty and again hinted at woody aromas, very fine acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, a hint of butter in the background, red berry nuances, clear minerality, good substance and some depth, hinted at yellow spice, very good, ripe-juicy and again grippy finish with a hint of smoke.
