Cloudy golden yellow. Firm, very slightly developed, distinctly nutty, yeasty, somewhat yellow-spicy and vegetal to dried herbal aroma of ripe yellow fruits with slightly peppery, mushroomy and floral hints. Polished, firm fruit with nutty and slightly toasty wood notes, again also yeast and some white bread, lively acidity, has grip and good persistence, some depth, hints of coffee grounds and saffron, again yellow spice, fennel seeds and dark berries in the background, distinct minerality, very good to long, spicy finish with nut butter and some smoke.
