Clear, fairly tart and restrained nose, yellowfruit, mineral, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes. Ripe, slightly creamy, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, yeasty traces, light herbaceous and prominent mineral notes, persistent,. gripping, medium body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, fairly tranquil style, hint of red berries in the background, good to very good, fairly juicy, delicately spicy finish.
