Translate to English Herbe, deutlich grün-pflanzliche Nase mit erdigen bis mineralischen und gelbfruchtigen Noten sowie viel Pfeffer. Herbe pflanzliche Würze auch im Mund, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht, feine, lebendige Säure, etwas Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, kräuterige Aromen, im Hintergrund gewisse Mineralik, hat Griff, animierend, guter Abgang. Hat eine gewisse Selbstverständlichkeit, braucht aber etwas Luft.
