Tart nose, light nutty notes, dried vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, some yellow spice, vegetal and herbaceous notes, yeasty traces, fairly prominent mineral notes, elegant acidity, integrated sandy tannins provide grip, medium body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, delicately sweetish and creamy, some depth, very good finish. Much better than the obviously faulty first sample.

Editor note: Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile, fast etwas krautige Nase mit nussigen, erdigen und gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Wachs, an Krustentiere erinnernden Noten und erdigen Anklängen. Reife, teils eingemacht und kandiert wirkende Frucht, recht lebendige Säure, pflanzliche und florale Töne, viel Alkohol, etwas Griff, nicht allzu tief, florale Aromen, eine Spur Kohlensäure, ordentlicher, ein wenig vordergründig-fruchtiger und alkoholstarker Abgang.
