Distinctly dried-vegetable, slightly herbaceous, bacony and smoky aroma with rather citrusy yellow-fruity aromas, floral nuances, candy, tarragon and hints of black and white currants. Firmly woven and quite concentrated fruit, moderate, somewhat smoky and nutty wood spice, quite lively acidity, lots of grip from fine sandy tannin, dried vegetal flavours on the palate, good substance and persistence, has power and almost a little sweet melting, a little celery in the background, mineral tones, very good, very slightly drying finish.
