Nutty and fine-vegetable scent with pome fruit and citrus aromas. Clear, cool and finely juicy, bright fruit, very fine, quite lively acidity, nutty, planty and a hint of yeasty notes, good persistence, hints of plums in the background, chalky-salty hints, good to very good, a hint of smoky finish.
