2021 Thüngersheim Weißburgunder VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Nutty and slightly vegetal scent with yellow fruity notes, a hint of yeast and floral nuances. Somewhat melting fruit with nutty spice, very fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, some persistence, mineral hints in the background, again floral nuances, a hint of smoke, good to very good finish.
