2021 Thüngersheim Johannisberg Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken Rothlauf, Franconia/Franken, Germany

firm, very youthful, still slightly yeasty pome fruit scent with a hint of stone fruit, fine vegetal and herbal aromas, floral traces and some minerality. Ripe, juicy, youthful fruit, fine acidity and moderate tannic grip, vegetal and delicately nutty-hearty spiciness on the palate, a hint of red berries in the background, distinct minerality, very good, firm, quite juicy and at the same time tart finish with grip.
