2021 Pinot Blanc Brut, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, bright citrus nose with yeasty and herbal notes. Slim, again quite bright, cool fruit, medium-fine bubbles, nutty-yeasty and herbal to slightly herbal aromas, some sustainability, delicate grip, slim style, almost completely dry, a bit of salt in the background, noticeable acidity bite, good to very good finish.
