2019 Thüngersheim Spätburgunder VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat nutty and very slightly floral, rather calm aroma of red and a little black berries with a hint of liquorice. Ripe, rather warm red and a little black fruit, fine sandy tannin, toasty and smoky notes, a hint of pepper, some persistence, again hints of liquorice, slightly drying on the palate, slightly noticeable alcohol, good finish.
