Light yeasty, vegetal, and subtly smoky aroma with restrained apple-yellow fruity notes. Ripe, almost slightly warm, sweet fruit, yeasty, vegetal, and subtly nutty aromas, fine acidity, crumbly-sandy tannins, some persistence, a hint of rock candy, a bit of citrus peel, mineral hints, a touch of yellow spice, good to very good finish.
