A somewhat herbal-plant scent of citrus fruits and a bit of stone fruit with apple-like traces. Calm, sweet fruit with nutty and smoky notes, somewhat vegetal, yellow spice on the palate, matching acidity and light tannin, salty minerality, fennel seeds, and a hint of caramel in the decent to good, gently smoky finish.
