Sweet, slightly nutty nose, partly candied and dried pomaceous and stone fruit, hint of citrus, vegetal traces, touch of saffron. Concentrated, firm, very sweet fruit on the palate, tart vegetal and light floral aromas, fairly prominent, elegant acidity, nutty aromas, persistent, fairly concentrated, salty mineral notes in the background, hint of bacon, prominhent sugar candy, good depth, still quite young, clear contours, very good long, juicy, firm, elegant and spicy finish.
