Clear, quite polished citrus and stone fruit aroma with fine vegetal and floral notes. Cool and tart on the palate, bright fruit with fine vegetal, nutty and yellow-spicy notes, a hint of smoke and bacon and mineral tones, good persistence, a hint of fennel and pear, delicate tobacco notes, very good, slightly nutty finish.
