Firm, cool, fairly polished, still a little yeasty and reductive citrus and stone fruit on the nose, dried vegetal and tobacco notes, hint of white pepper. Clear, finely juicy, tart fruit, nutty and slightly floral tones, a little yellow spice, fine acidity and grip, good persistence, citrus zest on the palate, quite clear minerality, delicate grip, red berry nuances, some green tobacco, very good, firm, cool and juicy finish with bite.
