Translate to English Extrem hoher Druck, der das Öffnen problematisch, ja kritisch macht, Flaschenmündung immer gegen die Decke halten. Sehr stark schäumend. In der Nase etwas gelbe Früchte, Haselnuß und dezente Hefewürze. Im Mund herber Apfel, leicht floral-nussig, gute Sortencharakteristik, dezente Restsüße, ordentlicher Abgang.
