Quite firm, clearly herbal to somewhat herbal and a hint of floral citrus scent with cool stone fruit notes and mineral hints, currant leaves and chanterelles. Quite tightly knit, fine-juicy fruit, delicately herbal-vegetal and yeasty notes, distinct minerality, a hint of smoke on the palate, hints of dark berries, lasting, elegant style, certain depth, still young, hints of Mediterranean herbs in the background, a touch of sweetness, but also a lot of tart minerality, reminiscent of mussel shells, very good, firm, juicy and finely spicy finish with candied notes.
