Moderately yeasty and somewhat nutty nose with pomaceous fruit notes, hint of mushrooms and floral traces. Clear, polished, finely juicy, rather tart fruit, fine mousseux, yeasty, vegetal and very delicate nutty tones, very bright type, quite elegant, good persistence, a hint of tobacco in the background, very good, cool finish.
