Tart, somewhat dried vegetal nose, light hint of hay, citrus aromas, some pomaceous and stone fruit, delicate nutty notes. Fairly taut, cool fruit with vegetal notes and lively acidity, some grip, nutty and yeasty hints, certain persistence, a hint of salt, good to very good finish.
