Slightly smoky, nutty and dried-vegetable scent of more red than black berries with a little root vegetables, mushroomy nuances and a hint of malt in the background. Quite polished, fine-juicy fruit with nutty aromas and a hint of cocoa, slightly ethereal-spicy in the background, herbal nuances, fine, youthful tannin, some bite, a hint of carbonic acid, quite clearly salt in the background, very good finish with juice, spice and bite.
