Clear, firm, very slightly developed nose with fine vegetal and yeasty aromas, yellow fruity tones, a hint of chanterelles and nutty traces. Tart, juicy, firm, cool, predominantly bright fruit, yeasty, mushroomy and nutty flavours, a hint of smoke, fine mousseux and a certain acid bite, persistent on the palate, hints of dark berries in the background, chalky-salty tones, certain depth, firm structure, delicate grip, very good, tart finish with tension.

Best to drink: Bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
