Tart, somewhat planty to herbaceous, a hint of smoky aroma with cool, restrained yellow fruity notes and stony mineral tones. Fine, cool, fresh, polished, again tart fruit, very fine acidity, vegetal nuances on the palate, nutty, yeasty tones, good persistence, smoky and stony-mineral notes, elegant style, very delicate melting, best balance, very good, polished, fine-juicy and -spicy finish.
