2021 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Quarz & Schiefer", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, polished, somewhat fresh-vegetable nose with more white than yellow fruit aromas, floral nuances and hints of red berries. Predominantly very bright fruit also in the mouth, yeasty, planty and delicately almondy-nutty tones, lively acidity, good persistence, delicately creamy, smoky traces, still undeveloped, minerality in the background, hints of dark berries, has grip, very good, quite firm, tart-juicy and again somewhat nutty finish with a little celery.
