2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Theresienhöhe Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, firm and quite polished, clearly planty nose with white and yellow fruity nuances, floral traces and some minerality. Clear, fine-juicy, again rather cool, restrained fruit, very fine acidity, herbal notes on the palate, a little blanched almonds, chalky and slightly stony minerality, persistent, some depth, elegant style, a hint of black berries and hints of pepper in the background, very good finish.
