2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Sulz Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Tart, vegetal, slightly nutty and a hint of tobacco with aromas of ripe yellow fruits, herbal-planty aromas reminiscent of parsley, a hint of smoke and some alcohol warmth. Ripe, again warm fruit with nutty, herbal and slightly smoky tones, fine acidity and grip of ripe tannin, tobacco nuances, salty minerality, relatively dark background, noticeable alcohol, very good, warm finish.
