2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Steinriegel Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, delicately yeasty, nutty and smoky aroma with yellow fruity aromas, herbal to herbal tones and a hint of bacon. Clear, polished, fine-juicy, rather tightly knit fruit, fine, relatively lively acidity and some grip, yeasty, nutty and smoky-specky hints in the background, persistent, mineral, fine vegetal flavours, still young, restrained power, very good, tart and grippy finish with nutty tones and quite noble, polished juice.
