2021 Südsteiermark DAC Kitzeck-Sausal Morillon trocken "Schiefergestein", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Fine, planty and somewhat nutty, also a hint of yeasty aroma with bright, rather cool citrus and pome fruit aromas as well as floral traces. Clear, delicately melting, again very bright fruit, nutty aromas and still yeasty nuances, hints of yellow spice on the palate, a hint of butter and vanilla, very fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, a hint of strawberries in the background, very good finish with delicately salty hints.
