2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ehrenhausen Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Fresh, youthful, fine-vegetable and a hint of yeasty fragrance with white and yellow fruity aromas and a hint of dark berries. Tight, cool, bright, fine-juicy fruit, lively acidity, some grip, good persistence and some power on the palate, quite clear minerality, yeasty traces in the background, hints of smoky nuances, dried-vegetable tones, good to very good, tart finish with slightly noticeable alcohol.
