Firm, nutty and somewhat yeasty, slightly vegetable scent with fine, tart and light yellow fruity aromas as well as quite distinct minerality and a hint of artichoke. Firm, very juicy, again light fruit with nutty, yeasty, very delicately woody and clearly chalky-mineral notes, hinted white pepper on the palate, also salt, very fine acidity, persistent, still undeveloped, very good, tight, juicy finish with bite
