2018 Südsteiermark DAC Weißburgunder trocken "Sand und Schiefer", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Clear, firm, yeasty, light nutty and planty, rather cool fragrance with tart yellow fruity notes and minerality. Firm, tangy-juicy fruit, clearly yeasty and nutty, still slightly covered, fine, lively acidity, some touch of crumbly tannin, in the background again clear, chalky-salty minerality, still completely undeveloped, good to very good finish with bite
