2015 Süd-Steiermark Morillon trocken Schiefergestein, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Fairly shy tart nose, nutty andeasty notes, light yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, whiff of oak, earthy and mineral notes. Clear, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty aromas, very elegant acidity, good substance, fairly persistent, still largely undeveloped, integrated tannins in the background, hint of butter, light mineral notes, with salty traces, good grip on a very good finish. Still needs time to mature.
