Fairly cool, elegant nose, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes, citrus and stone fruit, light yeasty notes and light mineral notes. Firm, cool and tart on the palate, very elegant yeasty and vegetal aromas, elegant, lively acidity, persistent, has bite, light floral and mineral notes, noticeable salty notes, elegant herbs, very fresh, still quite young, elegant hint of cucumber on a very good, elegant, juicy, polished finish.
