2015 Süd-Steiermark Ried Gaisriegel Grauburgunder trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Dried vegetal notes on the nose, hint of bacon, light spicy oak, pomaceous fruit, pulses, pistachioes and some walnuts, yeasty traces, hint of tobacco, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, prominent oak, earthy and peaty notes, hint of tobacco, floral traces, some more nutty notes, vanilla and caramel, slightly creamy on a very good, slightly smoky finish.
