2014 Süd-Steiermark Morillon trocken Schiefergestein, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Translate to English Noch ein wenig unruhiger und leicht reduktiver, frisch-pflanzlicher, süßlich-hefiger, kräuteriger, pfeffriger und etwas floraler Zitrusduft mit Kernobstaromen, Hagebutten und Mineralik. Klare, straffe, feinsaftige Frucht mit hefigen, zart nussigen und getrocknet-pflanzlichen Noten, deutliche Mineralik und wieder viel Pfeffer, sehr feiner Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, komplex, zarte Olivenölnoten, an Kräutersaitlinge erinnernde pilzige Noten, noch sehr jung, eleganter und kühler Stil, sehr guter, ganz leicht rauer Abgang mit einem Hauch Pfeffer. Eine Schönheit und sicher ein großartiger Essensbegleiter.
