Translate to English Herber, grasig-vegetabiler und an Wurzelgemüse erinnernder Duft mit verhaltenen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Noten, einer Spur Hefe und erdiger Mineralik. Klare, feinsaftige Frucht mit vegetabilen und leicht nussigen Aromen, eine Spur rauchig-holzig, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig und griffig am Gaumen, moderater Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund wieder erdige Mineralik, tabakige Nuancen, gewisse Substanz, harmonisch, dabei noch jung, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und griffiger Abgang mit gewissem Schmelz. Sehr erfreulich.
