Yeasty, somewhat dried floral, nutty and vegetal to herbal aroma of partly crumbly yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of sunflower seeds and dark berries. Straightforward, bright fruit with planty and yeasty flavours, present, almost a little lemony acidity, also a hint of carbonic acid, light tannic grip, certain persistence, red currants in the background, chalky tones, good to very good finish with bite.
