2021 Silvaner Landwein "Steiner", Rhine/Rhein, Germany

Slightly cloudy light gold colour. Yeasty, nutty and clearly green-vegetable aroma with yellow fruity notes reminiscent of pears, root vegetables, floral hints and a little yellow spice. Very slender, tart fruit, yeasty, clearly vegetal and slightly floral notes, fairly present acidity, some grip, certain persistence, salt in the background, slightly sandy tannin, a little nutshell, paprika and yellow spice, good, tart and slightly muted finish.
