Cloudy yellow. Yeasty and distinctly vegetal pome fruit nose with hints of yellow spice and mushroomy nuances. Lean, restrained, quite dry fruit, clearly vegetal flavours, fine acidity grip of friable sandy tannin, yeasty tones, a touch of salt, some persistence, a little green tones, decent to good, a little muted finish.
