Slightly cloudy lemon yellow. Quite firm, yeasty and herbal nose with citrus aromas, a little yellow spice, a hint of stone fruit, wax and mineral tones. Clear, lean, cool and tart fruit, firmly woven, with acid bite and grip, planty to herbal aromas, again also some yeast, good persistence, has a certain tension, clear minerality, with air more minty tones and also wax again, very good, tight, tart finish.
