Fairly open nose, deep and complex, prominent yeasty notes, hint of iodine, yellow fruit and light floral notes, herbs, intense mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty aromas, vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, more pronounced mineral notes, concentrated and persistent, very elegant, lively acidity, good grip, excellent substance and depth, low alcohol level, complex, still young, light nutty traces in the background, very good tart, juicy, grippy finish.
