Fester, somewhat smokier and more tobacco-like, also nutty-yeasty scent of ripe yellow fruits with dried-herb and slightly floral aromas as well as cool mineral undertones. Ripe, juicy, quite firm, strikingly sweet fruit, very fine acidity and a bit of grip from crumbly tannin, smoky and slightly nutty-yeasty tones, a hint of dried herbs in the rather dark background, a certain melt, ethereal spice, good substance and sustainability, quite pronounced minerality, very good, gripping, again also sweet finish.

Best to drink: 2025-2030+. What our ratings mean
