Somewhat vegetal to herbal and hinted at nutty pome and stone fruit scents with hints of fine root vegetables and light floral tones. Very lean, sweet fruit with some acid bite, delicate tannic grip, some persistence, tea and lemon balm in the background, chalky and earthy notes, a hint of dark berries, good finish with slight bitterness. Dissipates a little with air.
