Cool, very slightly smoky, somewhat herbal, almondy and still delicately yeasty pome and stone fruit scent with fine vegetal to herbal and slightly chalky aromas. Clear, juicy, sweet fruit with a hint of red berries, lively acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, some depth, hints of mint and honey, very good finish with almost dark minerality.
