Translate to English Fester, recht ätherischer Duft nach Fenchelhonig, eingemachtem und kandiertem Steinost und Äpfeln mit kräuterigen Tönen und Frostnoten. Im Mund sehr klar, wenn auch nicht ganz botrytisfrei, fest und recht spannend, mit saftiger, süßer Frucht und sehr präsenter Säure, kräuterige Töne und Mineralik am Gaumen, wieder Frosttöne, gewisse Rasse, sehr langer Abgang.
