2021 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool and polished, bright, clearly floral citrus-stone fruit nose with floral and mineral nuances and some herbs. Fine, not quite dry, polished, again cool fruit, lively, very fine acidity, herbaceous-vegetal and delicately floral aromas, persistent, still undeveloped, clear minerality, certain depth, has tension, lean and almost quiet style, very good, taut, fine-juicy and again very mineral finish with tension. Improves over the days, gains finesse and at the same time substance.
